1 initial contact
Through a 15-minute review over the phone, we will briefly discuss your goals, needs and financial position to prepare for our first appointment.
3 leader proposal
Upon receiving the required documents, we will review eligible Lenders to suit your financial position. We will then negotiate the best rate available and propose Lender options for your review.
5 approval
Once an approval has been received, we will order a valuation (if required) and request the bank to issue loan contracts. We will contact you at this stage to arrange a time to review and sign the loan agreement.
7 post settlement support
After settlement, we will contact you to ensure all repayments, direct debits, offset accounts and internet banking have been set up in line with your needs. Our post settlement support will continue throughout your relationship with BlueCherry Home Loans to keep you informed on market trends and industry updates.
2 first appointment
At our first appointment, we will discuss your financial position in-depth, and begin to collect documentation and relevant information to prepare for a loan application.
4 application submission
Once a Lender has been chosen, we will prepare an application and relevant forms for you to sign and return. We will then submit your application to the bank and provide you with a time frame for the assessment to be completed.
6 settlement
For property purchases we will liaise with your solicitor to arrange settlement. For refinances and equity releases we will liaise directly with the banks to organise the loan funding.
